One reading posts in Lampung launched its first reading club last month.  The village head was also present during the launching of the reading club.  Seven mothers together with their 3-5 year old children signed up to join the program.  It was exciting to watch the mothers respond to their childrens' reaction when the story was being told in English and the children were asked to repeat the words by the story teller. At one time it seemed that the mothers were more excited than their children because they repeatedly asked them to repeat the English words.
