In coping with the needs for the implementation of the 2010 target of 200 reading post, and the needs for larger scope of work at the national level, a new post was added. A secretary for the director was recruited and is filled by Nonie Ifle, who had been previously working as as Program director. In addition to helping the National Director with administration affairs, she ia also in charge of Reading Posts logistics, Family Reading Program, and visiting teams. Besides this, Cinta Baca would also like to welcome Yori Afansia as the new financial officer.

With more staff and the growith of activities, it was decided that a new office is needed.  It was deemed necessary to seperate the National & West Java offices so the national office will to be relocated. The plan is to relocate the National office to a rented small building next to the previous office. With this relocation, the West Java office will be more independent and the national office will be able to focus on managing the national affairs.
